Whether you are building a small starter home or the custom home of your dreams, our commitment to quality and service remains the same. We have a large selection of plans from which to choose, and we are happy to modify one to fit your family and you. With our in-house design staff we can also custom design a home that is uniquely you. We are experienced in designing to accommodate needs such as ADA Accessibility, Energy STAR for VA loans, or any other special requirements that our clients may have. If you have already found the home plan of your dreams, please bring it to us. We are happy to quote you a price for us to build it.

Finding a Location

Manning Homes understands that location is very important to you when building your home. That is why we are prepared to build in all parts of Central Texas. If you have a site already, we can build you a home on your land. If you are still looking for the perfect place to live, there are many options available in this area whether a lot in one of our private subdivisions, such as Thousand Oaks, or one of the many other subdivisions in the area. Wherever you desire to live, we will be glad to assist you in acquiring the land of your choice. Manning Homes takes great pride in constructing homes that complement the lot and surrounding neighborhood.
