• Central Texas Home Builders Association
  CTHBA is a local chapter of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and the Texas Association of Homebuilders (TAB).
• ENERGY STAR Partner
  Manning Homes is a qualified builder of ENERGY STAR labeled homes. These homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC). Additional information is available at the ENERGY STAR website, www.energystar.gov
• Texas Residential Construction Commission
  The mission of the Texas Residential Construction Commission is to promote quality construction for Texans by registering industry members and residential construction projects; providing information and educating homeowners and the residential construction industry; acting as a resource for complainants; and offering a neutral, technical review of alleged post-construction defects.
• Veterans Affairs Qualified Builder
  The Veterans Administration certifies that the builder will construct every property to substantially conform to applicable building codes, VA requirements and standards of quality as measured by acceptable trade practices.
